Obituary for Terence Edward Linehan

Terence Edward Linehan, age 87 of Marietta, died Monday, August 20, 2018. A Mass will be held 10 AM Thursday, August 23, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 87 Lacy St, Marietta, GA with a reception to follow. Mr. Linehan was born in Haywards Heath, England and served in the Royal Navy- Korean War. He worked in the Aerospace Industry forty years- twenty-five with British Airways and fifteen with Lockheed Martin. Mr. Linehan came to the U.S.A. in 1974 as Plant Representative for BA, overseeing the purchase of L1011 aircraft for BA and several other international airlines. He joined Lockheed Martin in 1981 as a Customer Service Representative. Mr. Linehan became a U.S. citizen in 1986 and retired in 1996. He married his wife Bridget in 1959 and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and Brookstone Country Club.
Mr. Linehan is survived by his wife of 59 years Bridget Feeney Linehan of Marietta; sons Mark Linehan of Victorville, CA, Derek Linehan of Acworth, and John Linehan of Marietta; daughter Clare Mieszala of Kennesaw; sister Patricia Davey of England; and 3 grandchildren- Nicholas, Eric, and Neil.
