Obituary for Arthur "Bud" G. Moore Jr.

Mr. Arthur “Bud” Moore, Jr. age 93 of Douglasville died Wednesday, October 31, 2018
A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, in the Chapel of Carmichael Funeral Home, Marietta, GA with Rev. Dr. Steve Schofield, officiating the service. Mr. Moore was a loving husband of 72 years to his wife, Jenny and a loving father to his daughters, Faith and Hope. He was a caring, funny, warm, intellectual man who was loved by many and a mentor to many. He will be remembered as a successful businessman but also for his strong community ties helping the Douglas County Senior Services in many capacities.
Survivors Include:
Wife- Betty “Jenny” Moore
Daughter- Faith McKinney of Dahlonega
Daughter and Son in Law- Hope and Mark Bowling of Acworth
Grandson- Mark Adam Bowling
2 Great Grandchildren
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 AM Saturday before the service at the Carmichael Funeral Home in Marietta.
